Because our pet memorial markers are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect personalization details, or ordering errors made by the customer.
Please review all personalization information carefully before submitting your order. All text will be engraved exactly as entered.

Our Mistakes (Exchange or Refund)
If we make an error with your order — including incorrect engraving, spelling, layout, or design that does not match the details you provided — we will happily offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
If damage occurred during shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
